Intro to Aerial Yoga
Intro to Aerial Yoga gives you the foundation and basic understanding of what an aerial class entails . By using a silk attached to the ceiling your given the opportunity to explore safely inversions stretching and strengthening . Benefits to this class include postural re-allignment, increase in balance, strength, flexibility and enhanced proprioception.
Aerial Yoga For Strength
This class can be for all experiences in yoga, body mobility and flexibility but expect to move and sweat. This class is for strength and heat building with more advanced aerial sequencing, postures and inversions. A basic understanding of aerial postures are recommended.
This is an introductory class for the practitioner to begin understanding yoga through rhythm, movement, breath and bodily flow. Moving through poses allows us to gently ease into the ever changing flows of life off the mat. It blesses us with a deeper understanding of the resonant cycles of life so we can then consciously choose to effortlessly move with instead of against the currant
This is a flow or vinyasa yoga class for all levels to begin exploring going deeper into more advanced postures, deepening alignment and breath work.
Relax and Restore
This class offers a series of yoga poses that are gently held through actively relaxing the body and mind. It gives the practitioner the ability to sink into the healing rhythms of the music while opening the tensions held in the deep tissues of the body and sometimes mind. This is a great class to rehabilitate the body from any hard work out, yoga class or just the stresses of life.
Fusion Yoga and Candle light Fusion Yoga
When allowing ones self to sit with yoga poses then the pose becomes your inner guide and mirror to within. This class gives one the opportunity to reflect and observe on the inner disharmonies that stir up when we take the time to “sit” with ourselves. This gifts us with the ability to re align ourselves with our true and authentic harmonious vibration. This class is a hatha and iyengar inspired class and all levels are welcome.

Yoga Burn offers a fun lively class meant to build cardiovascular strength, muscle definition, mental clarity and personal focus on ones yoga practice. In a level 2 we mainly use ones own body weight to achieve our results but begin incorporating other equipment to make the practice a bit more physically demanding. By mixing the magic of yoga postures with cardio, intervals and isometric engagements we form a deeper grounding and rewiring of the mind and bodies abilities.
All levels Sangha “Cycle Yoga” begins with a fun 30 minute ride on a stationary bike that is musically calibrated while practicing the aspects of yoga on the bike. This class teaches the basics of the cycle postures, body alignment and awareness. This is followed by a 30 minute stretching and alignment based yoga practice on the mat to soften the muscles, ground the mind and open the heart.
Heart & Sole Cycle – Cardio Training
Heart&SoleCycle Cardio Fitness Training is a revolutionary indoor cycling program based in mind-body, heart rate specific cardiovascular fitness training for all abilities that will reach deep into your soul and invite you to pay attention! Our classes focus on educating riders of all levels, beginner to competitive athlete, in smart, conscious, high quality, high efficiency cardio training utilizing indoor “fixed gear” stationary bikes as our training modality. All of the tools acquired in this program’s classes are applicable to any mode of cardiovascular training in or out of the gym including running, swimming, skiing, hiking, inline skating, and obviously cycling! Yoga for Survivors – Donation Class
Yoga for Survivors is an integrative class that honors the Survivor in all of us. We welcome individuals confronted with illness, injury, trauma, addiction, and stress-related disorders. Our practice incorporates meditation and movement to address individual physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. Yoga for Survivors is open to ANYONE who seeks healing opportunities. This is one of the latest sculpting and toning methods for the leg’s, butt, thighs and mid-section. By working with your own resistance to increase strength, tone the body, increase balance and focus.
Buff with Babies
1 hour class where you’re encouraged to bring your child! Come get fit, educate yourself, and have fun. Led by Hollie Neujahr DPT.
30 minutes of world dance led by Annette, followed by 30 minutes of flow based movement with breath. This class will leave your calves burning and you day grounded!
Yoga Fit / Cycle Yoga Fit
This is one hour Yoga inspired fitness class at it’s peak! This class will be a high intensity workout that is based on the fundamentals of yoga. Alignment, breath, and posture are all a key focus along with strength training! One hour classes, Cycle Yoga Fit begins with 30 minutes on our stationary Spin Bikes and the last 30 minutes building total body strength and flexibility. Bring and extra towel!
