What to Bring to Class
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes.
Bring water, a small towel, a mat (if you have one, otherwise you can rent one at the studio) and a fun, adventurous mind!
This class allows the instructor to creatively guide through rhythm, movement, breath and bodily flow. Moving through poses allows us to gently ease into the ever changing flows of life off the mat. It blesses us with a deeper understanding of the resonant cycles of life so we can then consciously choose to effortlessly move with instead of against the currant.
Attune and Align
This classes focus is derived from understanding of one’s energetic, emotional and mental alignment through a deeper understanding of proper bodily placement in ones yoga pose. The instructor then takes the time to guide through the intricate details of a select number of poses per class. Understanding the anatomical, energetic and even historical context of your practice and poses will give a sense of attunement and empowerment behind ones actions.
When allowing ones self to sit with yoga poses then the pose becomes your inner guide and mirror to within. This class gives one the opportunity to reflect and observe on the inner disharmonies that stir up when we take the time to “sit” with ourselves. This gifts us with the ability to re align ourselves with our true and authentic harmonious vibration.
Beginner Yoga Tone
Yoga Tone offers a fun lively class meant to build cardiovascular strength, muscle definition, mental clarity and personal focus on ones yoga practice. In beginner tone we mainly use ones own body weight to achieve our results. By mixing the magic of yoga postures with cardio, intervals and isometric engagements we form a deeper grounding and rewiring of the mind and bodies abilities.
All Levels Yoga Tone
This class also offers advanced variations and other instruments like weights to create a more intense class specific to your liking, level and need. Yoga Tone offers an educated, fun and lively class to build cardiovascular strength, muscle definition, mental clarity and personal focus on ones yoga practice. Kundalini is a technology to awaken your awareness and take you into your original self. It is a natural unfolding of your own nature. Kundalini Yoga is based on an understanding of the ecology of the human body – how the blood, nerves, muscles, organs, and glands work harmoniously together. Kundalini works with Kriyas, which mean ‘action’ consisting of (1) hand positions (mudras); (2) breath (pranayama); (3) sound (mantra); and (4) posture (asana). The Kriyas systematically awaken the coiled up energy (Kundalini) at the base of the spine, opening up the chakras, inviting optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance.
The class begins with a mindful 30 minute ride on a stationary bike that is musically calibrated and synchronized all the while incorporating the philosophies of yoga. This is followed by a 45 minute stretching and alignment based yoga practice on the mat to stretch the muscles and ground the mind.
All Levels Velo Yoga
All levels Velo Yoga is meant to offer a wider variation of intensities to the rider both on the bike and on the mat. This class is begins on the bike and ends with asana practice on the mat with the introduction to inversions and emphasis on posture and alignment.

Sangha Power Aerial Yoga
This class can be for all experiences in yoga, body mobility and flexibility but expect to move and sweat. Power aerial is for strength and heat building with more advanced aerial sequencing, postures and inversions. A basic understanding of aerial postures are recommended.
Sangha Gentle Aerial Yoga
Working with an aerial silk hammock and in taking a gentle aerial class you are given the ability to stretch deeper, release compression on the spine and practice inversions in a safer and more supportive way. This class can be for all experiences in yoga, body mobility and flexibility.
Relax and Restore
This class offers a series of yoga poses that are gently held through actively relaxing the body and mind. It gives the practitioner the ability to sink into the healing rhythms of the music while opening the tensions held in the deep tissues of the body and sometimes mind. This is a great class to rehabilitate the body from any hard work out, yoga class or just the stresses of life.
